Citizen Divers JP1010-00E

The new Citizen Aqualand Diving watches

The new Citizen Aqualand is very appealing with alarms triggering for various aspects of diving and a built in water sensor.

We have some exciting news for Watch fans who like to wear their while diving – if this is the case have a look at the new divers watch releases by Citizen.

The Citizen Aqualand diver depth meter promaster JP1010-00E and JP1010 with both the analogue and digital time displays shown on the watch face is the first feature that catches the eye.

This model is unique for a diver’s watch, but it is more the specialist features that make this watch stand out. The watch is able to switch to diving mode automatically, as it has a built in water sensor – how cool!

Once the sensor has been activated, the watch then displays a whole range of useful information for the diver, including the diving time, present and maximum depths and even water temperature.

As you can see this is all the information a diver would want, but for those who do not have much time to glimpse at a timepiece while diving, alarm functions are also incorporated as well. The alarms range from one that triggers a beeping sound for about 15 seconds once the assigned depth has being reached, to one that sounds to alert “the diver about the ascending speed during diving”.

Citizen has a great connection to the sporting world and this is emphasised with ambassadors ranging from cricketer Kevin Pietersen to skier Chemmy Alcott.
